Design

Consumers usually decide on the product packaging, not on what's inside the package. An accurate graphic design is important for your products on the shelves to make a difference. In the prepress section, which is the beginning of production, the needs of our valued customers are determined. The design is prepared according to the needs or the existing design is made suitable for printing.

Production

Thanks to the "Graphical Positioning System), which started to be used in Flexo printing machines, Batuhan Grup Ambalaj achieved the best printing in packaging, and thus, the continuity of quality in repetitions. Thanks to this process, the continuity of the works and maximum efficiency is achieved.

Graphic Design

Our expert graphic design team uses experience and advanced technology professional equipment by converting customers' ideas into packaging. In this way, the visuals and quality of the products are always under assurance.

Flexible Print

Packages reach the highest quality with our high-tech precision machinery. With printing machines capable of flexo printing up to 400 meters per minute, up to 8 colors, the continuity of the accuracy of the printing quality is ensured with automatic printing monitoring systems. It provides fast service with its non-shop warp and winding systems.

Transferring

It is used to control errors in transfer printing, to clear errors and to correct products with poor winding quality. With the control device mounted on it, it provides the opportunity to clear errors that cannot even be seen by the operator. In this way, it provides quality and capacity increase in production processes by sending problem-free products to lamination and slicing lines.

Lamination

Packages reach the highest quality with our high-tech precision machinery. Continuity of the accuracy of the printing quality is ensured with printing machines capable of flexo printing up to 10 colors, up to 400 meters per minute, with automatic printing monitoring systems. It provides fast service with its non-shop warp and winding systems.

Slicing

The last stage of production is slicing. The finished products of printing and lamination are sliced to the desired size and made ready to the customer in rolls. The films that are rolled are taken to the storage area in accordance with the automatic packaging machines and transferred to the dispatch department with the order order.
